The relevant department will receive your application for consideration. This takes time - please be patient. You will receive feedback.

If we are satisfied with your application, you will be invited for an interview. This is the first hurdle. Depending on our selection, a second interview may follow after some time. During this interview, we will go into more detail about the job description and your application.

Training, internships & Girls' and Boys' Days

Training

During your training, you will go through all relevant areas at PERMALUX. For example, our industrial clerks will see the areas of accounting, order processing, IT, production, and warehouse.

We ensure that our trainees get a comprehensive overview of the processes and the entire company. Thus, you are best prepared and qualified for your career entry.

Internship

Through an internship, you can get your first taste of PERMALUX. For a while, you will look over the shoulders of employees in various company areas and gain your first insights into the working world.

An introductory internship at PERMALUX also offers a good opportunity to get to know each other, possibly laying the first foundation for future training. Interns are always welcome at PERMALUX!

Girls' and Boys' Days

The purpose of Girls' and Boys' Days is to interest girls and boys more in new career fields that deviate from traditional job profiles and offer further future opportunities. As a student, you can gain insights into various fields of the working world at PERMALUX and make contacts.

Prerequisite for the activities of girls and boys on the nationwide action day is the school's consent.
